The original order I placed was delivered, but the package was damaged during shipment and the content was missing. I contacted Watts Wellness to report the issue and spoke with Brittney, whom offered to refund the costs, or resend the product. I am impressed I was able to speak with a human and was compensated for the loss. It's my first dealings with Watts Wellness and has been a 5 star experience. I plan to make more purchases from them in the future.
